Do you charge for SMS that fail to deliver?
Never. Credits are deducted only on a successful delivery receipt from the operator. Failed and DND-blocked messages are refunded to your balance automatically.
What is DLT and do I need it?
DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration is mandated by TRAI for all commercial SMS in India. You must register your business entity, sender ID and message templates. Our onboarding team completes this with you free of charge.
How fast are OTP messages delivered?
Transactional and OTP traffic runs on dedicated high-priority routes, typically delivering in 2–5 seconds and bypassing DND restrictions as permitted by TRAI.
Can I send SMS from my own software?
Yes. Our REST API takes a simple authenticated POST, returns a message ID, and pushes delivery status to your webhook.
